Emme 2 employs high-precision automatic flat and cylinder screenprinting machines, die-cutting and match-metal cutting machines.


In the costant effort to match the Customers’ quality and reliability standards, the screenprinting process is executed inside a clean room that enables the monitoring of the environmental working conditions.


A partnership with General Electric Plastics has led to the patenting of a hydro-forming machine far the production of I.M.D. (In-Mould Decoration) parts.


With a properly designed azote-steam drying oven, Emme 2 can provide polycarbonate films with perfect surface texturing.


Thanks to a highly skilled and reliable technical staff, Emme 2 produces prototypes and samples at Customers’ request. In interacting with Customers, Emme 2 can handle DXF, IGES and CATIA ,files, in addition to the most common graphic formats (Freehand, Illustrator, Corel Draw).
